the trip to the science centre on fri for the forensics workshop was quite enjoyable! thk the students learnt alot with the interesting hands-on. actually our school shd have the equipment and apparatus you all have used during the workshop eg. the agarose gel plate and the micropipettes etc. surprised?? no need to be la, cos some of these were given to schools to promote the life sciences a few yrs back. but i'm not sure how many sets we have. besides the worshop exp, science centre was also very kind to give each of them 2 free tickets to the sci centre valid till feb 2009, 1 of which is for a magic show!!! wow! teacher has a pair too. haha!!
hope the workshop will spark interest in some of u who r interested to be forensic scientists. i'm a fan of csi las vegas myself! do share ur exp w ur classmates who did nt get to go. and rmb e grp photos i helped u take? still thinking wat is e best way to pass them to u all. so, pls tag in my blog if u want them okie.:)
