WOWWIEEE!!!! very excited today as i tested out the gps system in the new pda phone i bought. ok, before some of you think that i'm splurging n wasting $$, nope, i didn't buy a new pda phone on impulse. it was a long story which began with the battery of the dopod pda discharging real fast even when i wasn't using it! so thought it's time to change the battery, so went all the way down to harbourfront service centre to buy a new battery. it is VERY COSTLY!!!! $95 for a battery. and i thought my problem was solved. but alas to my horror, the same thing still happened!!! fully charged to 100% and in a few hrs of non-use it was GONE!!! omg!!! how to last me when i'm out like that?!!

so went back to service centre the next day, where they replaced yet another new battery for me and asked me to reboot the pda if it still fails. in doing so, i lost some data and contacts.... >( but after a few rounds of CPR and even DEFIB, my pda could not be revived and i had to CERTIFY it on 050608 1800 hrs.*let's pray....*

so that was the story of why i need to get a new pda hp, and this one comes with gps. yup, story ended. what an 'interesting' adventure during this work-bogged holidays right? and toking about holidays, do you guys realise that we have only 1 more week???? hahaha!!! yup...1 MORE WEEK! argghhh.
